What subjects and grade levels do you offer tutoring for?

We offer personalized 1-on-1 and small group instruction through three specialized pillars:

Pillar 1: Pre-School STEM Preparation (Grades 1–10)

Pillar 2: AP Tutoring & Mentorship (Grades 9–11)
One-on-one mentorship for students preparing for AP exams, including:

Pillar 3: Specialized Arts & Music Instruction (All Ages)

Yes! We offer both online and limited in-person tutoring options, depending on instructor availability and location. In-person sessions must take place in a public space (such as a library or community center) for privacy and safety reasons—sessions are not conducted at the tutor’s or client’s home. A travel fee may apply based on distance traveled by the tutor. Please note that all Specialized Arts Instruction (Except Visual Arts) are offered exclusively in-person.

You can book a free trial session by clicking the “Enroll Today” button at the top or the “Book Now” button at the bottom of any page on our website. This will take you to our “Book A Free Trial” form. Once submitted, we’ll follow up via email to confirm details and schedule your session.

We use secure platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, along with interactive tools like virtual whiteboards and screen sharing to make lessons clear and effective.

Our pricing varies depending on the plan and the type of course. Pricing outlines will be emailed shortly after the trial session. Payments can be made digitally via e-transfer and we are working towards accepting Stripe, Square and Paypal payments.

Yes, you may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Just contact us by email. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Students need a reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a functioning webcam and microphone, and basic school supplies like notebooks and pencils. For coding, we provide all necessary software tools.

Every student will be learning  based on their grade level, school curriculum, and learning goals. We regularly assess progress and adjust the pace and content to ensure success.
